About Kouri
A young crew with an old-school work ethic.
Kouri Landscaping & Property Management was started five years ago by Creed Kouri as a side gig to make some extra money. It turned into something bigger than he ever thought it would.
Today the crew has served over 1,000 clients in Austin, and the mission has only sharpened: show up on time, charge a fair price, and do the work right.
The mission
Creed is a Christian and a student at Texas A&M. He runs the business on one verse — Colossians 3:23 — “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” That mentality shapes every job: we work like the Lord is the one inspecting it.

We hire intentionally — high schoolers and college students who want to learn what hard work looks like. Every job is a chance to teach a young worker how to show up on time, take pride in the result, and treat people right.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Kouri Landscaping carries general liability insurance covering every job site and crew member. Proof of insurance is available on request before any work begins. For licensed-only work (some electrical and plumbing scopes) we sub to a licensed partner and that's noted in the quote.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes — gladly. Our project range starts at $50. A trim, a load of mulch, a single fence repair, or one sprinkler head are all welcome. Small jobs often become long relationships.
